Underground is the fourth stage of Natsuki Chronicles.
The mission takes place below Central City. The underground pipeline system was hacked by an unknown person after a blackout who took advantage of it to hack the pipeline. Natsuki was sent to investigate and eliminate the hacker if necessary.
