Todd is a character from Natsuki Chronicles.
He is the first male character and opponent in the game. He used to earn a living by trafficking illegal goods like weapons to criminal groups in Central City.
He was shot down by Natsuki Sugiura in her first mission. Todd died in this confrontation with the then rookie Natsuki.

Curiosities
- Todd shares a parallelism with Jack Anderson from Ginga Force as both characters are robbers who steal for a living and commit their crimes with armed vehicles.
- Both Jack and Todd have red linings in their hair.
