The Inspection System "Specia" (監視 AI 「スペシア」 Kanshi AI "Supeshia", lit. Surveillance AI "Specia"), also known as Monitoring AI "Specia" is a character from Ginga Force and Natsuki Chronicles. She is an Artificial Intelligence created to montior Seven Tier. To keep an eye on the Magnificence Energy Corporation and limit its power, the Earth Federation required them to activate her as a Surveillance AI, this was also done to keep tabs on Seven Tier and allow Magni Corp. to govern the planet, until Viridian Taylor swapped her out with the dummy clone Despecia in an attempt to take control of the planet's resources.
While the AI is installed on a large server on Clay City, it utilizes a holographic image that resembles an orange haired girl wearing a white and blue bodysuit with green wings and a halo behind her head.
Specia's holographic image is seen as a sort of mascot for the Earth Federation, and is widely known among the people of Seven Tier. She is also known as "The true Specia" (本物のスペシア Honmono no Supeshia).
At the end of the game, she becames a supervisor for Tini Memoril, who begins a new life as an engineer.
Known Abilities
Along with the management of Seven Tier, Specia seems to have other capabilities like causing the mining mechas to go berserk (and affecting the RDF Navi) with a radio signal where she mentions that the Specia everyone sees is not the real her.
She's also capable of taking control of manned vehicles, like Natsuki's Garm, forcing it to make an emergency landing when Natsuki blacked out.

Curiosities
- Despite the space-themed bodysuit, Specia resembles an angel with the wings and the halo behind her head.
- Both Specia and Despecia have a striking resemblance to Arcueid Brunestud from Tsukihime.
- She is the fifth female character in order of appearance while in Natsuki Chronicles is the fourth.
- To unlock Specia's voice samples in the Main Menu, you have to clear Chapter 8.
- Although the real etimology of the word "Specia" is unknown, it is similar to the Italian word "Spezia" and the Sundanese "Spésia" which means "Spice" in both languages, and the Latin word "Specie" which means "Appearance".
